Let's take a trip to Bermuda!

Where Is Bermuda?

Nestled in the North Atlantic Ocean, just 600 miles off the coast of North Carolina, Bermuda is an island paradise known for its pink-sand beaches, crystal-clear waters, and blend of British sophistication with island charm. It’s a favorite for couples who crave luxury, peace, and romance — without the long-haul flight.  The airport is located on the east end of the island close to a town called St George's.

Why Visit Bermuda

Bermuda is a small island that catches most first-time guests off guard. It isn’t part of the Caribbean, but it offers the same dreamy turquoise water and pink-sand beaches.   All you need is your valid passport* and the Bermuda Arrival Card. The Bermuda Arrival Card is a simple form that takes about two minutes to complete, it is recommended that you fill out the digital Bermuda Arrival Card prior to travel. Once you complete the form, you’ll receive an email confirmation and present it to a border agent to expedite processing on arrival. The Bermuda Arrival Card form should be provided on your plane and is also available at the immigration desk in the airport, but filling it out in advance saves time

Bermuda is small enough that you can visit most of the island in a couple of days.  However, it is rumored that you won't want to leave.

The island is English speaking and although the currency is a Bermuda dollar, it is equivalent to the US dollar.

How to Travel in Bermuda

This might surprise you but only the locals can drive cars on the island.  The mode of transportation would be either a bus, moped, or taxi to get around.  Also there are no ubers, so you cant use that method either.  If you needed to get from one side of the island to the other people us a ferry.  There are no rental cars allowed.  Hotels have vehicles that can take you to locals beaches and popular attractions.

There are a couple of must do things on the island.  As part of your Bermuda getaway, exploring the island’s capital, Hamilton, is a must. The city is vibrant yet laid-back, offering a perfect balance of culture, dining, and local charm.  The first is the iconic Bermuda sign.  It's a must do for a tourist.  The sign is island-colored letters by the visitors center in Hamilton.   A great way to welcome you to Bermuda!
